I went in looking for a couple things and, if I’m remembering right, at least one or two were out of stock. I can’t remember exactly what all of them were now, but I do remember being a bit annoyed. They still had a few decent options available, so it wasn’t a total waste or anything, just kind of frustrating in the moment

The checkout process was annoying. It kept lagging, and my payment didn’t go through until the second try. What bugged me most was the wording made it seem quick and straightforward, but it really wasn’t. Not a great experience

I ordered from Gibbon-usa and the instructions were really clear. I didn’t really have to guess my way through anything, or actually, maybe once or twice, but nothing confusing. The setup made sense and was easy enough to follow. Overall, a good experience.

When I’m done using it, I just roll it back up, put it in the bag, and that’s it. No hassle, no mess, and no annoying storage issue once I get home.

I emailed gibbon-usa.com two times about my order and just got no reply for days. Like, not even a quick “we’re checking on it” or anything. It was just silence sitting there, which felt frustrating.
I understand places get busy and stuff happens, but it would have been nice to get some kind of answer. If there was a problem with the order, just say that. Because of this, I really don’t think I’d order from them again.

The package arrived in good shape and only one day later than the original estimate, so that part wasn’t a huge issue. I just felt a bit misled because the updates made it seem like things were moving faster than they actually were. Overall, I’m happy it arrived fine, but I’d feel better if the tracking communication was more accurate.

Checkout technically worked, but it was annoying. They really don’t make it clear what payment methods you can use, and I wasted time clicking around because of it. The whole thing feels basic, like they didn’t bother giving customers enough options.

I’ve been using it for a bit and it feels safe, which is the main thing I wanted. It works well overall, though a few extra features feel kind of unnecessary to me

The warranty replacement went smoothly and showed up faster than I expected. I still feel like the original one probably shouldn’t have needed replacing so soon, but at least they handled it without making it a hassle.

The tutorials were okay overall and I did pick up some useful stuff from them. But a few sections were explained in a way that made things more confusing than they needed to be, which got annoying. Not terrible, just could definitely be clearer.

My order from Gibbon-usa showed up looking Nice. the box was clean, not all smashed up or anything, and everything inside was packed snug so it wasn’t sliding around.

I also liked that it didn’t feel like they went overboard with packaging. just simple, tidy, and easy to open. definitely gave me a good first impression, and I’d order again.

It worked okay for me, but the fit really depends on where you’re trying to use it. In some spots the anchor sat fine, but in others it just didn’t feel like the best match. So if your setup lines up well, it should do the job

We bought this for our family weekends, and it ended up being a fun way for everyone to spend time outside together. The kids got into it right away, and even the adults had a good time trying it out. Setup wasn’t too bad—nothing overly complicated, but it did take a little bit of patience. I do feel like I expected slightly more for the price, so it’s not perfect, but overall it’s been a decent addition for casual group fun...

I ordered the wrong size and wasn’t expecting much from customer service, since that’s usually where things get annoying. But the exchange ended up being simple. They got back to me fairly quickly, and the new one showed up sooner than I thought. I’m really happy with how it turned out.

I bought a Gibbon slackline from Gibbon-usa thinking it would mostly be something for my kids to mess around with, but I’ve ended up using it almost as much as they do. I expected it to be decent, but the quality was better than I had in mind. The webbing feels really thick, and the ratchet doesn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel at all. We’ve accidentally left it out through some rain and sun a few times, and it still looks totally fine with no weird fraying or stretching so far. Shipping was normal and hassle-free. Overall, I’m happy with it because it just feels solid and built to last...
